This site is intended to be a place for education and learning within technology. Each article or post comes with a code snippet that relates to the topic at hand.

A little bit of history on SnippetNinja…

SnippetNinja (a.k.a. www.snippetninja.com) was formed in October of 2012. It was originally a project to prototype the build of a Web application for managing various snippets of information (I.e. programming syntax, templates, media, etc.). Basically, anything that could be fashioned into a “boiler-plate” of information for later reference and use. Some work was done on this project, but over time, resource constraints, the advent of A.I., and the emergence of programming assist tools like GitHub Copilot, forced the need to re-innovate upon the original scope. Rather than succumb to an indefinite delay from these headwinds in the use of snippetninja.com as an online presence, a new idea was formed to repurpose snippetninja.com as a place for education and learning in what hopefully will become a growing library of useful snippets, paired with some editorial (thus adding a thoughtful “real human” approach to topics). 🙂
